Indication

To apply for the initial stage of common cold, relieving symptoms like headache, aversion to cold, muscle, shoulder and upper back pain, stuffy and runny nose, fever without sweating, etc.

Direction

Adult: Take one sachet (5g) twice a day.  Take orally with warm water or dissolve granules in warm water and drink.

Children: Dosage reduce according to age. Twice a day

This product is not suitable for long term use or this product should be used in accordance with a doctor's or a Chinese medicine practitioner's instruction.
